Our 14-hour Pecan and Oak Smoked Brisket is a crowd pleaser!!! Our whole brisket comes unsliced and vacuum sealed in sous vide packaging. You may reheat in the packaging by submerging in hot water for 45 minutes, or warm in the oven wrapped in foil. Its fork tender and has the bark and smoke ring you will only find at the best Texas smokehouses.

Our Turkeys are vacuum sealed in sous vide rated packaging at our USDA Inspected Smokehouse in East Dallas.
Heating Instructions
Sous Vide (recommended): Leave turkey sealed, place in a stock pot, and fill with water until it is submerged. Warm over medium heat (155f) for 60 mins. Once warm, can glaze and return to the oven at 350f for 15 minutes. (Oven Method): You may also remove from the packaging and heat at 300f for 90 minutes from refrigerated.
