Our Smoked Salmon is flown in fresh by our local seafood supplier, then it is seasoned and smoked over local pecan and oak would until is perfectly flaky and moist. This makes an incredible centerpiece for any gathering, especially dressed up with a drizzle of olive oil, capers and some fresh dill garnish! Carefully unwrap, put it on a board or patter with your favorite crackers, and watch it disappear!

Our Turkeys are vacuum sealed in sous vide rated packaging at our USDA Inspected Smokehouse in East Dallas.

Heating Instructions

Sous Vide (recommended): Leave turkey sealed, place in a stock pot, and fill with water until it is submerged. Warm over medium heat (155f) for 60 mins. Once warm, can glaze and return to the oven at 350f for 15 minutes. (Oven Method): You may also remove from the packaging and heat at 300f for 90 minutes from refrigerated.
