Have a special event that requires a special meal to match? One90 catering can make your event that much more special by providing your guests with true Texas smoked meats cooked low and slow over native pecan and oak. Our meats are guaranteed to be moist, tender and full of flavor, so you can rest assured that your guests will be blown away by the food.
One90’s commercial smokehouse can supply meat to parties of any size! So, whether you want to feed 25 or 2500, don’t hesitate to give us a call! Our online ordering makes it super easy to get us signed up for your event. You simply select a package, pick your meats and sides and tell us how many people will be there… WE TAKE CARE OF THE REST!!!! In addition, we can accommodate most orders with just 24-hour notice!!!!
Don’t stress about the food. We’ll make sure that you have plenty to serve all your guests and that they’ll be asking you where you found the amazing meats!

Buffet Packages:
Includes two or three meats with two sides, rolls, pickles, onions and BBQ sauce. Buffet packages may be picked-up, delivered or delivered and served. If you want full-service and/or on-site slicing, please let us know in the event planning form, and we will quickly contact you to get more information about your event. That way we can be sure to have adequate staff to exceed your expectations.
Á la Carte:
Use our a la carte menu to build your own custom meal, or to add to or supplement your buffet package with additional meats, or some of our specialty meats like smoked salmon, turkey, prime rib and beef tenderloin! (Prices are by the pound) You can also order any sides and desserts by the pan (serving 20 or 50).
Box Lunches:
These are perfect for business lunches of all sorts. Say you want to feed 20 or 200 people quickly as you gather for a seminar, sales meeting or other corporate gatherings and it doesn’t make sense to send everyone through a buffet line, then the Box Lunch is the way to go. Box lunches include one of our amazing smoked meat sandwiches, on a locally-made, butter toasted brioche bun, a bag of BBQ chips, a cookie, an individually portioned pickle, onion and BBQ sauce all contained in a nice lidded food tray.
These make distribution of the meal and clean-up a cinch!!!
When we begin making your order, you’ll be asked to select between local pickup (at no cost), local delivery with or without set up or the full-service experience. What is the difference between local delivery with setup and full-service catering?
Quite a lot. With full-service, One90 can provide a completely custom dining experience. In addition to having servers to help portion control and to speed up the buffet line, One90 can bring a smoker (for show, cooking demonstrations and instruction, or to actually cook with you on-site). We can have a chef prepare and slice your meat for each guest. We can clean up after your guests and leave you free to enjoy the party.
